If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
- Unopened productsin original condition
• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect items received
For unopened products, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Opened Products
Due to safety and quality standards for ingestible products, opened items are generally not eligible for return.
However, if you are unhappy with your first purchase, please contact us. In some cases we may offer a one-time replacement or store credit to ensure you have a positive experience.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened ingestible products (unless defective)
• Clearance items
• Gift cards
